By accessing or using the Lucky Fixers website, mobile application, or any associated services ("Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

Lucky Fixers provides professional residential and commercial maintenance and repair solutions including fencing, landscaping, plumbing, electricals, cleaning, and general handyman services. Service availability may vary based on technician availability and your location in Australia.

3. Booking, Payment, and Charges

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Payments accepted: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash. A deposit may be required for larger jobs.
• All pricing is in AUD and includes GST where applicable. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

• Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee. No-shows will be charged a minimum service fee.
• Lucky Fixers reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or staffing issues.

5. Service Warranty & Workmanship

We offer a 7-day workmanship guarantee. If a problem related to our service arises during this time, we’ll return to fix it. This excludes damage from misuse or third-party alterations.

6. Client Obligations

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to work areas.
• Disclose any hazards prior to service. Unsafe sites may result in service refusal.
• Ensure pets are secured and children supervised.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Fixers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content—including logos, images, and text—is owned by Lucky Fixers and cannot be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

We respect your privacy. Your information is used solely for service delivery and is never sold or shared unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Third-Party Links and Tools

We may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms.
